How to exclude tickets from triggering Thank You GPT app?

 

We added an option to exclude certain tags from the Thank You GPT app!

 

How to activate it?

 

1/ In your Zendesk account, create a new trigger to add the tag: "exclude_from_thankyou_app" for whichever tickets/groups you don't want the app to trigger.

 

2/ Ensure that your new trigger is placed above the Thank You GPT apps' triggers.

 

3/ Now, the app will not solve tickets with this tag: "exclude_from_thankyou_app."
