Restricting the Thank You App from Agents in Zendesk

Question: Can I restrict its use so that it DOESN'T display on the main dashboard for agents (but still works for them)? 

Answer: Yes- Yes- you can restrict the app to show only for users with the role set to Admin only, and it'll still work for all agents.
